( Thrifted dress, leggings from SM, vintage Chanel bag, Giuseppe Zanotti pumps)

I swear, people stopped and stared at my glasses whenever I walked past by them at the mall. I decided to give them a try after seeing them on numerous bloggers. I liked how it kinda "hid" my face, like a mask, that made me comfortable. Today was a humid day and I wanted to be comfortable at work so I wore this very casual dress and added some leggings to make it "work appropriate". I know you've seen just about everything I wear in this post but I do get attached to some of my clothes and accessories that I always repeat them :)

Also, I'm excited to travel again to Hong Kong and then to Macau ( I've never been there) but this time, I'm going by myself. Some people say, travelling alone has the greatest impact on their lives. At some point, I realized that what I wanted 5 years ago was not the same as what i want now. Call it a cliche' but i feel like rediscovering myself again and hopefully the experience will improve my "shy personality" haha. Is this what they call mid-quarter life crisis? Hmm.

Love your outfit and glasses.xx

Travelling alone is a great time for self-discovery and learning about yourself. I travelled alone to Australia and had such a blast exploring.

I like the glasses but in the Philippines, everyone associates them with Ninoy. Slightly frustrating :P

Those glasses are not as common even around here. They look nice but just a bit different because people aren't used to them yet, so don't mind the stares :) Nice details on the outfit!

Truth be told, I have a fear of traveling alone in a foreign country no matter how near it is and so hands down to you, Che! :)

Have a safe trip soon and I hope to see lots of pictures of you in Macau.

On a fashion-y side, love the pearls and the lacey dress and I also like wearing the same things over and over again. Cheers to that! :)

Love your vintage Chanel and your Zanotti pumps!

Enjoy your travels. I've only been to HK once and it was just for 3 days. I really want to go back again someday and spend time exploring more of the city.

When you go to Macau, be sure to try the mini egg tarts (should be plenty of bakeries around the St. Paul ruins) -- they're the best I've had ever!
